This lower fits almost all 2016-newer 20-25hp 15" (S) short standard shaft 4 stroke yamahas.
Please be certain the lower unit will fit your particular shaft length, model and year before bidding. Please see the pictures below. Unit will come with new water pump kit & new gear lube...just unbolt your other unit and bolt this on.
Condition: Excellent condition. New water pump and gear lube installed. Fully serviced and ready to bolt-on. Please see pictures below.
