Part: Used Honda 200hp/225hp 4 stroke 25" COUNTER ROTATING LEFT HAND lower unit. Should fit all 2002 through early 2005 200-225hp Hondas with the standard 25" shaft that are counter rotating/left hand. Please note: This unit has the full-size shift shaft found in 2002-early 2005's. If your shift shaft is tapered down at the top it will be a late 2005/2006 and newer. Please compare pictures below to your unit. Shift shafts can be swapped for it to fit your 2005-newer unit. Takes 15 minutes. Same lower unit, shift shaft is the only difference.
Please be certain the lower unit will fit your particular shaft length, model and year before bidding. Please see the pictures below. Unit will come with new water pump kit & new gear lube...just unbolt your other unit and bolt this on!!
