Top of the driveshaft down to the aluminum gearcase under the water pump is 18 3/4" (please see pics).
Please view water pump and measurements to confirm it's the same as yours.
Please be certain the lower unit will fit your particular shaft length, model and year before bidding. Please see the pictures below. Unit will come with new water pump kit & new gear lube...just unbolt your other unit and bolt this on.
