Part: Used Johnson/Evinrude Lower Unit. Fits all Johnson/Evinrude 2 cylinder 40-48-50's from 1989-1992. This lower has the tapered down driveshaft at the top found on 1989-1992's. If you have the full-size driveshaft all of the way to the top it is a 1993-2005. Same lower, different driveshaft. It will work with your 1993-2005, but it will require disassembly to install your driveshaft. Please see the picture of the shift and driveshaft to be sure it matches yours.
Please be certain the lower unit will fit your particular shaft length, model and year before bidding. Please see the pictures below. Unit will come with new water pump kit & new gear lube...just unbolt your other unit and bolt this on!!
