Part: Used Honda 200hp/225hp 4 stroke 25" standard rotating lower unit. Should fit all late 2005 and newer 200-225-250hp Hondas with the standard 25" shaft that are standard rotating (not counter/left hand). Please note: This unit has the tapered down shift shaft found in late-2005 and newer. If your shift shaft is full size at the top it will be a 2002-mid 2005 unit. Your shift shaft can be installed in 15 minutes. Same gear case, shift shaft is the only difference. Please compare pictures below to your unit.
Please be certain the lower unit will fit your particular shaft length, model and year before bidding. Please see the pictures below. Unit will come with new water pump kit & new gear lube...just unbolt your other unit and bolt this on!!
