Part: Honda / Suzuki Power Tilt and Trim Assy. Fits a lot of 40hp-50hp Honda and Suzuki's in the late 90's through all the 2000's. If it looks like this it's correct...honda and suzuki only made one that looks just like this. Please see pictures to match up and verify fitment.
